Restaurant De Waag is the name of our à la carte restaurant, located on the 1st floor, directly above our eatery. Here we welcome our guests with the most beautifully prepared and tastiest dishes, accompanied by exclusive wines and digestives. Staying in our unique historical setting certainly adds something to the total experience.

From the back of the Waag on the Wijnhaven, or via the spiral staircase at the entrance, you enter the Restaurant. Here you look out over the Markt and other beautiful parts of Delft. As you enjoy the action in the open kitchen, you can taste the history. In the side room of the restaurant, is the sumptuously decorated GildekamerThe Waag is the place to be for private dining or a (business) meeting in a unique and intimate living room atmosphere. At de Waag you can truly imagine yourself in an old Dutch patrician house.
